Yesterday was pretty much a fail....Matt was off last night, so although we both stayed in bed until about 2pm, we decided we should get up and go some place for dinner. I had snack (hummus, carrots, pita bread, grapes) around 3 and looked around on Yelp for places to go for dinner.

We decided to go to Frank's Gourmet Grille and it was a fabulous choice. They had a decent wine menu and I nursed a glass of their house Pinot Grigio throughout dinner. Dinner started with fresh, warm rolls after we ordered our entrees. I had their caesar salad with dressing on the side and Matt had the house salad of mixed greens. It's probably the first time I finished a salad at a restuarant. For an entree, I had the Coquilles St. Jacques which is basically scallops in a white wine cream sauce, covered in piped mashed potatoes, then baked in the oven. It was delicious. I ended up finishing the whole thing. Matt had "The Godfather" which was a combo of veal, sausage, red sauce and pasta. He claimed it was awesome as well. We finished off the meal with their tiramisu. Matt claimed mine is better, but it was still pretty good.

We came home stuffed and ended up watching Food Network until I thought I was ready for bed and then I ended up tossing and turning all night. I hate insomnia...I hope they chiro visit today will re arrange some stuff so I can sleep. My hips are not happy with me.

Today was the first day back to work and I cleaned up my desk and put stuff in piles to do. Tomorrow starts working on training stuff and writing evals.
